The 33° is conferred by the Supreme Council upon 32° KCCH members of the Rite in recognition of exemplary service to the Rite, or in public life, to the principles taught in the Degrees. These 33° Masons are Inspectors General and Honorary Members of the Supreme Council. Their cap is WHITE with a slanting red Patriarchal Cross without crosslets in the center of the front.
